The Inovo Group’s growth was primarily based on word of mouth and direct outreach. When they reached out to us they were only generating 2 – 3 quality leads from their website per year.

We started with our rigorous discovery and inbound strategy process, including developing buyer models, a competitive audit, identifying a brand archetype, and mapping the buyer’s journey.

We quickly redesigned the website using a Growth-Driven Design (GDD) approach. Our focus was on launching a more effective version of the site as quickly as possible. We prioritized ease of use, search engine optimization, clear messaging, and lead generation.
We worked closely with Inovo to created lead magnets to capture users who weren’t ready for a sales discussion.
Once the site was launched, we partnered with a digital marketing consultant to develop targeted Linkedin and Google Ad campaigns driving users to conversion-optimized landing pages.
The new leads were passed into Nutshell for contact management and SharpSpring for marketing automation.
