So what are we looking for?
Well, we’re looking for a true jack of all trades in the digital marketing space. Our clients run multi-channel campaigns that touch SEO, digital ads, content marketing, HubSpot automation, email, and social media. Whew, that’s a lot! Good news, you won’t be on your own. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Operations Lead to keep everything moving, documented, and optimized.
You’ll help shape strategy and then put it into action by building campaigns, optimizing results, and reporting on progress. You’ll also lean on HubSpot to manage systems and shouldn’t be afraid to explore AI tools that make campaigns smarter. This is a client-facing role, so you’ll spend plenty of time leading conversations and helping our partners succeed.
You’ll have a strong, dedicated team to assist you with creative, managing digital ad campaigns, content creation, and website updates.

Responsibilities:
- Lead digital marketing efforts for our clients
- Lead digital marketing efforts for our own brand
- Lead client meetings, providing campaign updates, understanding client needs, and making campaign recommendations
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as SEO, digital ads, content marketing, email, social, etc…
- Perform competitive analysis
- Make recommendations on websites / landing pages to support digital marketing goals
- Setup and manage GA4 and GTM
- Prepare reports for clients
- Collaborate with the team to create ad copy, design assets, and marketing content
- Implement and optimize marketing automation campaigns
- Build and maintain HubSpot systems (forms, workflows, dashboards).
- Use AI tools for research, content support, and campaign optimization.
- Lead SEO strategy across both traditional search and AI/LLM visibility.
- Work closely with the Marketing Operations Lead to align processes and campaigns.

Experience:
- 4+ years in digital marketing, with a strong background in SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing. Bonus points if you’ve worked with AI marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and spreadsheet management.
