Background Project Overview
Michigan State University pioneered a new, accelerated and agile marketing course designed to keep students informed of the latest new media marketing developments. The course needed a brand identity that gave homage to MSU yet commuicated differentiation. As an online course, the class also needed a custom designed learning management system.
The Design Our Solution
We designed a brand identity system that modernized the MSU brand elements. This included an updated version of the Spartan helmet, a slight variation on the green and white color scheme and a badge moniker. We also designed Interface concepts for the custom learning management system to ensure the visual language remained consistent and the user experience positive.
